It is with both gratitude and appreciation that I share an important milestone in the distinguished career of our esteemed colleague, Howard Silke.
After an exceptional career spanning nearly five decades with the firm, Howard has retired as a Partner, effective 1 March 2026.
Having joined the firm in 1979 and becoming a Partner in 1984, he has played a pivotal role in shaping our practice, mentoring generations of professionals, and building lasting client relationships that remain at the heart of our firm today.
Although stepping down from the partnership, we are pleased to advise that Howard will continue with the firm in a consulting capacity. In this role, he will remain actively involved with clients, providing ongoing guidance and support, and sharing the depth of experience and insight gained over many years.
We are sincerely grateful for Howard’s dedication, commitment and enduring contribution to the growth and success of our firm. We are equally pleased that clients and colleagues will continue to benefit from his expertise and counsel.
