Yasmin joined Gross Hendler & Frank CA (SA) in 2002 to commence her traineeship whilst she completed her Bachelor of Accounting Science degree through the University of South Africa. She later rejoined the firm in 2008 after spending a year and a half in Johannesburg.

The firm's accounting services department was formally established on her return, where she was assigned the responsibility for the management and supervision of its growing staff contingent. Yasmin is responsible for assisting with various services within the firm, including accounting, auditing, consulting and taxation services. She regularly assists and advices clients on improving their accounting and management processes.
