Rozelle joined MGI Bass Gordon Consulting in February 2008 as manager, in order to support the Consulting Practice of MGI Bass Gordon. Her main focus is on general and tax consulting to clients of the Consulting Practice, and also on tax consulting support for the other business units.

She studied at the University of Stellenbosch where she obtained a Bachelors Degree and the Certificate in Theory of Accounting. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2003 and completed her articles in 2004. She obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax at the University of Cape Town. She is currently in the process of obtaining a Masters Degree in Tax at the University of Stellenbosch.
