David joined MGI Bass Gordon in September 2005 after being with Ernst & Young for 11 years. He is responsible for providing accounting, auditing and taxation services to a wide range of clients.

David obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from UNISA in 1994, the year he commenced his traineeship at Ernst & Young. He qualified in 1995, and completed his traineeship in 1997. David progressed through the management ranks of Ernst & Young where he was responsible for managing the work of primarily small to medium owner managed businesses.

David is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, and he is registered with the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.
